Deluxe King
The default room for two people going to a show. The hotel describes it in a single sentence; here is what that sentence tells you and what it leaves for you to ask.
What the hotel says
The Deluxe King page has one line of description: the 389-square-foot room is presented as ideal for couples or solo travellers. Photos accompany it, but the page lists no features, no bathroom details and no view. The general rooms page adds that rooms come with plush bedding and modern amenities. That is all.
Three hundred and eighty-nine square feet is about 36 square metres. It is the same floor area as the Deluxe Queen, so the choice between the two is about beds and the number of guests, not about space.
Who it suits
A couple with tickets for one night. A solo traveller who wants a short walk to Hard Rock LIVE and no drive afterwards. Someone flying out of YOW early the next day who wants to be close to the airport — our route check puts the airport terminal about 9.4 km and twelve minutes away by car, without traffic.
It suits less well a group of friends sharing costs, for whom the Deluxe Queen is the room the hotel says takes up to four, or anyone who wants a separate seating area, which only the suites offer.
Questions worth asking before you confirm
- Check-in time. Not published. If your show has 6 PM doors, ask whether an earlier check-in is possible.
- Check-out time. Not published either. After a late show a later check-out is the most useful thing you can ask for.
- Accessibility. The hotel does not publish accessible room types. If you need specific features, say so in the notes.
- Sound of Your Stay. Vinyl and guitar sessions are mentioned on a separate page without costs. Ask if you want them.
- Pets. Service animals are exempt from pet fees with valid certification. Other pet terms and fees are not published.

A show night in a Deluxe King
Drop the bags, dress for dinner, eat at 5 or 5:30 PM, and you are in the hall when the doors open. After the show the difference between this room and a downtown hotel is about half an hour of driving and a parking queue. On a Friday or Saturday you can still get food after 10 PM at Hard Rock Cafe's after-hours menu, YOUYU until 1 AM, or a coffee and gelato at Constant Grind at any hour.
Request it with the form below. Choose “Deluxe King” in the room field and add the show you are going to see; the desk replies with what the hotel can offer for those dates.
