Five places to eat · all 19+
Where to eat before doors and after
Five restaurants and cafés on one property, each with its own hours. Most of planning a show night is matching them to the doors time.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
The property's steakhouse is described as a refined take on the classic American steakhouse, inspired by the original at Seminole Hard Rock in Florida. The bar carries a selection of everyday and rare spirits, a wine list the restaurant describes as award-recognised, and many wines by the glass. The menus listed on its page include a Butcher's Cut list, Local Favorites, a lounge menu and — the one that matters here — a Pre-Show Prix Fixe.
The page pairs four dishes with cocktails: a bone-in New York strip, jumbo lump crab cakes, East Coast Canadian oysters and a maple vanilla cheesecake. Restaurant hours are Wednesday to Saturday 5 PM to 10:30 PM, with brunch on Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM and no Sunday dinner. The bar keeps its own hours: Wednesday and Thursday 5–11 PM, Friday and Saturday 5 PM to midnight, Sunday 4:30–10:30 PM. Tables are reserved online from the restaurant page.
Hard Rock Cafe
Burgers and American classics among the memorabilia, open every day from 7 AM to 10 PM, with breakfast, main, drinks and local menus, plus an after-hours menu on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 PM to 1 AM. On Fridays, Saturdays, concert nights and special events tables are limited to two hours and the whole party must be present before you are seated. The café's Center Bar sits on the casino floor and keeps longer hours than the dining room: 11 AM to midnight on Mondays and Tuesdays and 11 AM to 2 AM the rest of the week.
Brick'd Italian Kitchen
Hand-tossed pizza and pasta in the Marketplace area. Published hours: Wednesday and Thursday 5–10 PM, Friday and Saturday 5 PM to midnight, Sunday 5–10 PM. No Monday or Tuesday hours are listed.
YOUYU Noodle Bar
Asian street food built around fresh noodles and slow-simmered broths, dine-in or take-out, with 10% off takeout orders according to its page. It opens later and closes later than anything else: Monday to Friday 5 PM to 1 AM, Saturday and Sunday 3 PM to 1 AM. For a hotel guest, a takeout bowl carried upstairs after a show is a good end to the night.
Constant Grind
Coffee, pastries and house-made gelato in the Marketplace, listed as open daily, 24/7. It is the answer to the 3 AM question and the 6 AM one.
