Request a room
Tell us the night and the room. We check what the hotel can offer and write back. It takes two minutes and commits you to nothing.
How the desk works
- You send the form Dates in YYYY-MM-DD, number of guests (all 19+), the room you want and, ideally, the show you are coming for.
- We check The desk asks the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner what is available for those dates and at what rate.
- We reply by email Usually within one business day, with what is available, the rate we were given and how to confirm.
- You decide If you want it, you confirm and pay the hotel or partner directly. If not, you ignore the email. Nothing is held in your name until you confirm.
What helps us help you
- The show and the date — so the desk knows whether it is a busy night.
- Whether you want one night or two, and whether dates are flexible.
- Questions the hotel does not answer online: check-in time, late check-out, bed layout, accessibility needs, pets.
- Celebrations, so the desk can ask about the hotel's Surprise & Delight pre-order.
What we will never ask for
Card numbers, passport numbers, passwords or deposits. If anyone claiming to be us asks for them, it is not us.
