Body Rock fitness centre

Body Rock is the hotel gym, open 24 hours a day, unstaffed and opened with your room key. The hotel describes Technogym equipment and lists ellipticals, treadmills, a stair climber, exercise bikes, medicine balls, a free-weight area and resistance machines, with fresh towels, bottled water and a television.

The house rules are worth reading before you go down after a show: no exercising while impaired by alcohol or drugs, athletic shoes only (no dress shoes, sandals or boots), no jewellery, no phone calls on the equipment, headphones for music, and no food or drinks other than water. Pets are not allowed in the gym.

Sound of Your Stay

Hard Rock's music programme mentions a curated selection of vinyl and jam sessions with your own guitar during the stay. The page does not publish prices or how to arrange it, so ask the desk to check when you request your room.

Surprise & Delight

A pre-order service for treats ready in the room on arrival — wine and bonbons are given as examples — from a menu the hotel publishes as a PDF. Useful for birthdays and anniversaries built around a show.

The Rock Shop

Hard Rock memorabilia, replica gear and clothing. City collections — the Ottawa items — are sold only in the store, not online. The shop also sells and redeems lottery tickets. Hours on the shop page: Sunday to Thursday 10 AM–10 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to midnight (the hotel's FAQ gives older hours of 11 AM–11 PM; the shop page is the newer one). For Pinktober 2026 the shop sells special apparel and collectible pins, with part of the proceeds going to breast cancer research and awareness. Phone: 613-822-8668, extension 4827.

Charging, valet and shuttle

The property has two EV charging stations: one in front of the hotel and one in the VIP lot outside the VIP entrance. Valet runs 24/7, and a shuttle connects the hotel with O-Train stations. Prices and the timetable are on the parking and shuttle page.

What is not here

No pool, no spa, no kids' facilities (the property is 19+), and no published room service hours or concierge desk. We checked the hotel, amenities and gym pages on 23 and 29 October 2026. If any of this changes, the hotel's own amenities page will show it first.
