Parking and the shuttle
Valet prices, the two EV chargers and the shuttle timetable, copied from the hotel's pages — including the three gaps in the shuttle day that catch people out.

Valet runs 24/7. The valet page adds that members can use comp points on valet. The shuttle page invites non-members to join Unity by Hard Rock for free; Unity's own site sets the tiers by tier credits, and the property's casino page notes that the programme has arrived in Ottawa.
Self-parking
The hotel does not publish self-parking terms — whether it is free, where hotel guests park, or whether overnight parking has its own rules. Some travel listings say it is free; we have not seen that on an official page, so we do not print it as fact. Ask the desk.
Electric cars
There are two charging stations on site: one in front of the hotel and one in the VIP lot outside the VIP entrance. The hotel does not publish connector types or charging fees.
The shuttle
The shuttle connects the hotel with two O-Train stations. Fares are $5 one way or $3.50 for Unity members, payable by card, credit or tap only — no cash. The hotel warns that times can change without notice and asks guests to check the current schedule before travelling.

Read as a loop: the bus leaves the hotel on the hour and leaves Leitrim at half past. There are no 11 AM, 5 PM or 10 PM runs.

The gaps
No service 11:00–11:59 AM, 5:00–5:59 PM and 10:00–10:59 PM. The 5 PM gap matters on the way in for dinner and an early show; the 10 PM gap matters if you came only for the show and are heading back to the train. Hotel guests can mostly ignore both.
Which option for whom
- You are driving and staying: valet, or ask about self-parking. One car for the group keeps costs down.
- You fly in: taxi from YOW for speed, or Line 4 to South Keys, Line 2 to Leitrim and the shuttle. See how to get there.
- You are in Ottawa for a few days: stay downtown and come out for the show on the train and shuttle, or move to the hotel for the show night only.
