Second death at Murray Mouth in two days as the body of a kayaker was found on Coorong beach
The body of a man was found washed up on the Younghusband Peninsula, along the Coorong.

Local police patrols and ambulance teams were called to Murray Mouth shortly after 4 p.m. yesterday after reports said a body had washed up on the beach.
Police said a water operations unit also attended as the area was only accessible by water.
A kayak was found nearby and the man’s station wagon was parked at the Sugars Beach boat launch on Hindmarsh Island.
Police said the death of the 36-year-old from Port Noarlunga was not suspect and a report would be prepared for the coroner.
It was the second death in the region this weekend.
A 50-year-old man drowned on Saturday after he and his son were swept away by a sandbar while fishing.
The man was found unconscious in the water by the state rescue helicopter.
He was brought ashore by a surf lifeguard but could not be resuscitated.
Her 16-year-old son managed to swim to shore and was rushed to hospital.
