Pensacola WolfGang claims to be Florida’s premier dog event organizer

Kim and Jessica Wolford are your typical everyday dogs.
With their five dogs, Marie Laveau, Oreo Pie, Mama Mia, Hugh Twos and Victor, you can imagine there is rarely a dull moment in the Wolford household.
“We own a lot of dogs, obviously,” Jessica Wolford said. “Dogs like to be in public with their owners, and people want to take their dogs with them. There are plenty of dog-friendly businesses in Pensacola, but they don’t have much to offer. They often end up sitting next to the owner.”
So they decided to do something about it.

“The idea came to us,” Wolford said. “We launched WolfGang LLC last fall, and we’re the number one dog event organizer in Florida. Why leave your dog at home when we can make them the star guest?”
WolfGang specializes in events that help people have memorable times with their four-legged friends, from holiday parties and birthday celebrations to fun fundraising events.
“It exploded bigger than we thought,” Wolford said. “He’s definitely gotten a lot of attention in Pensacola. The events sell out so fast and they’re so much fun.”
After hosting their very first event at the end of October, Kim and Jessica have hosted five more, with their St. Pawtrick’s Day Pup Crawl and Pawdi Gras among the most recent.

“We’ve held three events since the Pawdi Gras event, and will be holding four more over the next two months,” Wolford said.
Philanthropy also takes center stage at WolfGang. Kim and Jessica ensure that a percentage of the proceeds from each event they host goes directly to a non-profit organization.
“It’s another great way to showcase the area,” Wolford said. “Anyone can contact us for partnerships and hosting. We have a bigger goal in mind as we continue, and this is just the beginning.”
