Gloucester surfers brave the elements the day after the nasty North East

Gloucester surfers brave the elements after the nasty northeast hits Massachusetts

Saturday’s powerful northeast brought blizzard conditions to many parts of Massachusetts and wind chill was still below zero on Sunday. The elements, however, didn’t seem to bother a group of surfers who took to the ocean at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester. of those surfers shows they were able to catch some decent waves, but nothing compared to the treacherous waves that hit the Massachusetts coast on Saturday and caused flooding in many coastal communities.

Saturday’s powerful northeast brought blizzard conditions to many parts of Massachusetts and the wind chill was still below freezing on Sunday.

The elements, however, didn’t seem to bother a group of surfers who took to the ocean at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester.

Video of these surfers shows they were able to catch some decent waves, but nothing compared to the dangerous waves that hit the Massachusetts coast on Saturday and caused flooding in many coastal communities.
